1. What this service is
OnlyValue AI is an analytics tool for OnlyFans creators and agencies. It reads earnings, subscriber and message-statistics data from accounts you connect, and presents revenue trends, churn and retention figures, traffic-source attribution, cohort analysis, posting-time analysis and revenue forecasts. That is the entire scope of the service.
2. What this service is not
We do not publish content, send or reply to messages, manage subscriptions, set prices, interact with your fans, or take any action on your account. We do not provide financial, tax, investment or legal advice. Nothing produced by the dashboard or the AI chat is advice of that kind, and it should not be relied on as such.
3. Forecasts and recommendations
Forecasts are statistical projections from your own historical data, shown with an explicit confidence range. Actual results will differ. Recommendations are suggestions to test, not instructions. We make no representation that following them will increase your income, and we are not liable for decisions you make on the basis of them.
4. Connecting an account, and who carries the risk
OnlyFans does not publish an official public API. Any third-party integration therefore works through credentials that you generate and provide. Doing so may conflict with the OnlyFans terms of service, and you should read those terms before connecting. You accept that the risk of any restriction, suspension, ban or loss of access to your OnlyFans account is yours, and that we are not liable for it. We take specific measures to reduce that risk — request budgets, spaced and randomised sync timing, one stable identity and egress address per account, obeying rate limits, and stopping entirely when the platform serves a challenge — and these are described on the Security page. They reduce risk. They do not eliminate it, and we do not guarantee any outcome.
5. Your credentials
Credentials you provide are encrypted with AES-256-GCM before they are stored, under a key held only in server configuration. They are never returned by any endpoint, to you or to anyone else. You can delete a stored credential at any time by disconnecting the account, which removes it immediately. You must not connect an account you do not own or manage with permission.
6. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this service. Accounts you connect must belong to adults.
7. Payment, renewal and refunds
Paid plans are billed in cryptocurrency for a 30-day period and do not renew automatically; a plan lapses to Free when the paid period ends unless you pay again. Because cryptocurrency payments are irreversible, payments are non-refundable once a transaction has settled on-chain, except where a refund is required by applicable law. If we fail to deliver the service for a sustained period, contact support and we will discuss a credit.
8. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another user’s data, probe or overload the service, use it to harass anyone, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend an account that does. Good-faith security research is welcome — see the Security page for how to report a finding.
9. Availability and limitation of liability
The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability or that synced data will always be complete or accurate, since it depends on a third-party platform we do not control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost income or loss of access to a third-party account.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and delete your data at any time. We may terminate an account that breaches these terms. On termination, stored credentials are deleted.
11. Independence
OnlyValue AI is an independent product and is operated by us alone.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will require you to accept the new version before continuing to use the service. The version you accepted is recorded against your account.
13. Statutory consumer rights
Nothing in these terms removes or limits a right you have by law as a consumer, and section 9 does not exclude liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud. Where a mandatory rule of your country of residence gives you more than these terms do, that rule applies. If you are in the EU or UK and bought a paid plan as a consumer, you may have a statutory withdrawal period; by starting to use a paid plan immediately you ask us to begin the service within that period, and the right to withdraw ends once it is fully performed.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operator named in the Privacy Policy is established, without effect on any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live, and consumers may always bring proceedings in their own country of residence. Before starting any formal process, write to us: almost everything is resolved faster that way, and we answer within 30 days.
15. If a clause fails
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part is severed and the rest continues to apply. Not enforcing a term on one occasion does not waive it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the whole agreement between us. We may transfer this agreement as part of a sale or reorganisation of the business; your rights under it stay the same.
